ATA CARNET
The ATA Carnet is a temporary admission document that allows your goods to travel beyond national borders in order to: be exhibited at fairs and exhibitions, be used for professional work or services and/or be presented as commercial samples by representatives. At ADF we deal with the whole process of issuance of the ATA Carnet with the Chamber of Commerce, to save the client the bother of all the paperwork involved.

What is the ATA Carnet?
An ATA Carnet is a temporary admission document for goods, valid in the countries belonging to the ATA chain. It is equivalent to national temporary export and import documents. It is used for travelling with goods, which are not of a perishable nature, beyond the borders of your country and then returning to your point of departure within a maximum period of one year.
Documentation required
- Packing list detailing all the goods to be exported together with the serial number of each product.
- ID No. of the representative of the exporting company who is to sign the ATA Carnet.

HOW DO WE DO THIS?
As specialists in customs clearance, ADF offers the ATA Carnet processing service. Once we receive the necessary documentation to issue the ATA Carnet, we present the application and the guarantee. When the Chamber of Commerce has issued the document, we proceed to collect it and carry out an export dispatch from the Spanish Customs when the goods are ready to leave for their destination.
